Oneida woman won't appear before court

An Oneida Nation woman whose home has been threatened with demolition plans to avoid a tribal court trial for an alleged assault and violation of a court order.

Danielle Patterson has resisted attempts by the New York tribe's government to vacate her trailer home, which she owns. She faces arrest for not appearing in court.
