Challenge could delay Seneca casino

A lawsuit in New York could delay the construction and opening of the Seneca Nation's first off-reservation casino.

Work began yesterday in Niagara Falls after the state gave title deed to the tribe. A lawyer wants the project halted until the Bureau of Indian Affairs takes the land into trust, which could take months or years.
