Court rules against Ariz. tribe

A federal judge in Arizona issued a preliminary junction against the Colorado River Indian Tribes, forcing the tribal casino to submit to a state-tribal gaming compact.

The tribes were preventing state regulators from inspecting the Blue Water Resort and Casino. The court said access must be allowed and ordered full compliance with the agreement.
