MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2002 The Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals is holding its 10th anniversary celebration this week in Arizona. "Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future" will feature a keynote by former Green Party vice presidential candidate Winona LaDuke. Law professor Charles Wilkinson will give the other keynote. The two-day expo begins Thursday at Northern Arizona University. Get the Story:
