THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2002 The Aboriginal Centre of Winnipeg is holding a pipe ceremony, feast and pow-wow to help the public heal from the recent murder of an 11-year-old boy. James Isaac was killed in the centre's basement. A 23-year-old man is charged with his murder. Get the Story:
