A North Carolina state judge on Wednesday restored the state's beauty crown to a member of the Lumbee Tribe.

Rebekah Revels, 24, had been forced to step down because of pictures taken by her ex-boyfriend. She may or may not be able to compete in the Miss America pageant.

The runner-up, Misty Clymer, has filed suit to be declared the winner.
