Can. murder case delayed a month

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2002 A Canadian man accused of killing an 11-year-old boy is being held in custody until October 3. Thomas Santiago McEvoy, 23, faces first degree murder charges. He is accused of killing James Isaac in the basement of the Aboriginal Centre of Winnipeg in Manitoba last week. Isaac's funeral is this afternoon. Get the Story:
