Navajo medicine man headed to trial

A New Mexico state judge has ruled there is enough evidence against a Navajo medicine man accused of rape to go to trial.

Herbert Yazzie Sr., 52, faces charges of criminal sexual penetration, battery and intimidation of a witness. He is alleged to have raping a pregnant woman who asked for his help.
