Funds lacking for cleanup

The Canadian government hasn't been providing funds to clean up a heavily contaminated Arctic island in Nunavut.

Qikiqtaaluk Corporation, an Inuit-owned corporation, has been forced to shut down cleanup on Resolution Island due to lack of funds. The island is filled with PCBs and heavy metals.
