FRIDAY, AUGUST 16, 2002 "I am writing in regard to the two Aug. 1 front-page articles focusing on congressional candidates Joseph Courtney and Congressman Rob Simmons. Both men are now talking aggressively against tribal recognition and casino expansion. When Jeff Benedict was in the race, both of these men tried to minimize him as a one-issue candidate. Now that he's out of the race, all of sudden both of them are talking like his issue is the only issue they are talking about. . ." Get the Story:
