Mont. GOP claims Indian districts a ploy

Republican lawmakers in Montana are accusing Democrats of creating Indian-majority districts to favor Democrat candidates.

The state Districting and Apportionment Commission is chaired by Janine Pease Pretty On Top, a member of the Crow Tribe. GOPs say Pretty on Top and the commission are voting along partisan lines.
