WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2002

Casino mogul Donald Trump is promising litigation if he can't open a casino in Connecticut.

Trump has a casino development agreement with the Paucatuck Eastern Pequot Tribe. The tribe has gained federal recognition but only with the larger Eastern Pequot Tribe.

If he is ousted from any deal, "nobody will get anything," Trump told The New London Day.
