Slonaker: Gale Norton 'has no clothes'
THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2002

Tom Slonaker, the Department of Interior's former top Indian trust official, continues to speak out about his forced resignation.

"It's been a little bit like telling the emperor that she has no clothes," Slonaker told The Arizona Republic.

Slonaker said his criticism of trust reform led to Secretary Gale Norton asking for him to leave or be fired.
