Pacific Northwest tribes and their members are struggling with a new federal study which finds that consuming large amounts of fish can lead to cancer and other health problems.

The Environmental Protection Agency found 92 chemicals in fish in the Columbia River. Depending on the type of fish, location and amount consumed, the risk of cancer increases.

The four tribes with treaty rights on the river debate whether to warn members not to eat a central part of their culture.
