Contemnor Rubin won't face questions

THURSDAY, JULY 25, 2002 Former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin, who was found in contempt for mishandling the Indian trust fund, won't face questions for his role in another accounting scandal, The Washington Times reports today. The Clinton administration official was a top official at Citigroup. A Senate committee is investigating the company and wants to hear from other executives. Rubin was found in contempt of court in February 1999 for not producing documents relevant to the trust fund. Get the Story:
