WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 2002 The Colorado River Indian Tribes on Tuesday filed a lawsuit to correct what they called "biased" language on the upcoming November ballot. The tribes said a description of their gaming initiative was unfair. Arizona Department of Gaming Director Stephen Hart took credit for the wording and defended its placement. Get the Story:
