TUESDAY, JULY 16, 2002 The third annual Sacred Hoop Journey is passing through Kansas City, Kansas, today. The 7,000-mile journey is part of the wellbriety movement against substance abuse and for traditional Native values. Other issues including domestic violence and health are discussed. The journey will end in Denver, Colorado, on July 26 and 27. It began in Billings, Montana, on June 1. Get the Story:
