Winnebago Tribe officials in Nebraska say a federal judge's preliminary injunction proves the state of Kansas is wrong to tax inter-tribal gasoline transactions.

A written ruling by U.S. District Judge J. Thomas Marten is expected next week. He halted the state from interfering in the Winnebago tribe's business, which supplies gas to three Kansas tribes.
