Bolivian indigenous leader Evo Morales barely edged out a competitor to emerge as a finalist in the nation's presidential election.

Morales will face former president Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada in an run-off in August. Morales is against U.S. aid.

Bolivia's Congress gets to decide the winner of the run-off.
