Okla. tribe sues for grave disturbance

WEDNESDAY, JULY 3, 2002 The Sac and Fox Nation of Oklahoma is suing the state of Missouri, alleging disturbance of burial grounds. The tribe wants human remains and items uncovered by highway working crews to be repatriated. Money damages are also sought for the alleged desecration. State officials dispute the tribe's claims.
