FBI investigating tribal officer death

TUESDAY, JULY 2, 2002 The FBI continues to investigate the death of a tribal police officer on the Fort Belknap Reservation in Montana. Susan Rae King-Gardipee was shot June 20 at her home. A tribal member, King-Gardipee was employed by the Fort Belknap tribal police, as was her husband. Authorities aren't releasing the cause of death. Get the Story:
