Neb. petition expands casino gaming

A petition to expand gambling in Nebraska is due to be filed with the state this week.

The petition allows casino-style video gambling in keno parlors. The move would pave the way for tribes to offer Class III gaming, which is currently outlawed by the state constitution.

The petition would be on the November ballot.
