FRIDAY, JUNE 28, 2002 Navajo Nation Council Speaker Ed T. Begay can't run for president of his tribe, a review board has determined. Begay didn't meet a residency requirement for office. He says he will challenge the decision to the Navajo Nation Supreme Court. Get the Story:
