A Navajo Nation tribal member hopes to stimulate the economy in the Four Corners area of New Mexico by opening a country-western dance hall.

Frisco Wallace is bypassing red tape to get his business open by July 5. He complains of unnecessary steps required by the tribe and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
