TUESDAY, JUNE 18, 2002 A team of archaeologists has cleaned up a cave that shows ancient Ohlone art. Andrew Galvan, an Ohlone descendant and archaeologist, led the work at the site, which is now on display at the second hole of a golf course. The golf course is publicizing the restoration of "Indian Maiden Cave" in hopes of drawing attention to its sagging venture. The cave had been vandalized over the years. Get the Story:
