Natives a draw for foreign tourists

Tourists from Germany, Japan and Europe come to South Dakota to get a taste of Native culture and the Old West, according to the tourist agency.

A particular draw is the Crazy Horse memorial under construction. Interest has grown as parts of the huge rock sculpture takes shape.

Foreign tourism dropped after the September 11 terrorist attacks.
