Brother charged for death of sister

THURSDAY, JUNE 6, 2002 The brother of a woman shot to death on the Fort Peck Reservation in Montana was charged in tribal court on Wednesday with her manslaughter. Levi Charles Red Star, 32, says he shot Pauline Eyvette Red Star, 39, by accident and pleaded innocent. Red Star could face federal charges in addition to the tribal ones. Get the Story:
