Jury returns $6M award against railroad

A federal jury in Montana has awarded a $6 million award to the estate of a man killed by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway train.

Larry M. Dorn, 23, died in December 1999 at a rail crossing. The jury said he was responsible for 35 percent of the accident and BNSF for 65 percent.
