Two brothers from the Crow Reservation in Montana have filed a lawsuit against an auto dealership that is named in an indictment involving Crow Chairman Clifford Bird in Ground.

Pius Crooked Arm and Vincent Crooked Arm say they loaned $400,000 to High Country Hyundai-Subaru but haven't received all of their money back. The brothers are suing current owner and president Stuart Simonsen, saleswoman Terri Lyn Braun and former owner Wayne Kimmet.

Braun and Kimmet have been indicted in connection with the Crow scandal. The dealership is accused of helping Bird in Ground steal tribal funds.
