N.D. student group to host mascot forum
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2002

A student group at the University of North Dakota will host a forum on the use of Indians as mascots.

BR.I.D.G.E.S. (Building Roads Into Diverse Groups Empowering Students) is organizing the event, which will take place next month. American Indian Movement activist Vernon Bellecourt said he will attend.
