Plains Indian health organization makes big move
Wednesday, November 12, 2003

The Aberdeen Area Tribal Chairmen's Health Board, representing 18 tribes in the Northern Plains, has completed its move to Rapid City, South Dakota.

The board's old location was in Aberdeen. Executive director Carol Anne Heart said it was difficult to attract talent there. But the move to Rapid City has already paid off. The city's sizable Indian population has already produced top quality candidates for positions, Heart said.
