BIA orders tribe to make changes in police force

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is threatening to take over the Shoshone-Bannock Nation's police department if changes aren't made.

The tribe has 90 days to comply with the BIA request. According to KIDK News, the tribe's jail is overrun. A member of the tribe's law and order commission says the problems are worse than reported.
