The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals has disqualified the law firm representing one faction of the MeskwakI Tribe of Iowa.

Lawyers from BlueDog, Olson and Small has been working with Homer Bear, the appointed council leader. Dorsey & Whitney, the law firm for the elected council, asked the court to disqualify BlueDog.
