The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals will be asked today to move up a parole hearing for imprisoned American Indian Movement activist Leonard Peltier.

Peltier is serving two life terms for the 1976 murders of two FBI agents. His next parole hearing is scheduled for 2008, which his lawyers say is unfair.
