Pokagon buildings destroyed in suspicious blazes
Wednesday, September 17, 2003

Two buildings owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians of Michigan were destroyed by two separate fires on Saturday. Investigators consider the blazes suspicious.

No one was hurt in the fires but the tribe lost some information. The tribe kept backup records at another location.

The Michigan State Police's fire marshal division is investigating the incident.
