White House asks Supreme Court to review energy case

The Bush administration is asking the Supreme Court to review the White House energy task force case.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered the task force to make public documents to a legal group. Vice President Dick Cheney is refusing to turn over any information.
