Yavapai Nation marks 100 years of reservation

The Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation on Monday celebrated the 100th anniversary of its reservation.

Tribal members used the occasion to honor those who have died in past battles and to recognize recent achievements, including the success of their casino.

President Theodore Roosevelt signed an executive order creating the on September 15, 1903.
