Census survey shows loss of 60,000 Okla. Indians

The number of single-race American Indians in Oklahoma dropped by 2 percent, or about 60,000 people, in the last two years. But the 2002 American Community Survey results may be misleading, according to a Census Bureau representative. The state's Natives may have checked more than one race on the survey. Get the Story:
