Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas was forced to postpone its annual convocation services on Tuesday due to heat-related problems.

A blackout in the area caused the failure of the air conditioning unit at the school's auditorium. Haskell president said heat problems are taking a "toll" on the school's infrastructure, and that three or four air compressors have failed since classes started last week.
