Bush criticized for protection of national parks

The Department of Interior should be stripped of its national park duties, some former employees say.

More than 100 former National Park Service employees, including four ex-directors, wrote a letter to President Bush and Secretary Gale Norton to complain about the administration's policies. They say parks are being sacrificed to industry interests.
