The Navajo Nation has named the recipients of the 2003 Chief Manuelito Scholarship awards.

The scholarship is worth $7,000 per semester. Applicants are chosen based on high school grade point average, ACT/SAT test score, and participation in Navajo courses.

The award is named after Chief Manuelito, one of the signers of the 1868 Navajo Nation Treaty.
