Brandon Todacheenie, a member of the Navajo Nation, was invited to the American Ninja Warrior show.

Todacheenie, 28, made it to the qualifying round in Houston, Texas, in March. He was disqualified and didn't land in the final cut of the June 8 episode but was nonetheless excited about the opportunity.

"It was a dream come true and one of the best experiences in my life," the young father told The Farmington Daily Times.

Todacheenie, who lives on the New Mexico portion of the reservation, told the paper he plans to submit another audition video for the show's next season.
