Authorities in New York are investigating a fire on the Shinnecock Nation on Long Island.

The fire struck a trailer filled with cigarettes, The Southampton Press. Most of the product was saved but it's not yet know if the blaze was intentionally set.

"We’re not labeling it as anything other than ‘under investigation," Southamption Fire Marshal John Rankin told the paper.

As of June, there were three confirmed cases of arson on the reservation in the past year, the paper noted. No charges have been announced in connection with the incidents.
