The Poarch Band of Creek Indians donated another $500,000 to Joe Hubbard, a Democrat who is running for attorney general in Alabama. The contribution brings the total amount of support to Hubbard to $1.5 million. Prior donations were sent through political action committees. Hubbard is running against Republican Attorney General Luther Strange, who is fighting the tribe on sovereignty, land-into-trust and gaming issues. Get the Story:
