Mike Connor, the second-highest ranking official at the Interior Department, will be hosting a special Earth Day webchat this afternoon. This will be Connor's first webchat since he was confirmed as Deputy Secretary at DOI. Questions can be e-mailed in advance to newmedia@ios.doi.gov.
