Charges for death of Ponca Tribe domestic violence director

Two people have been charged in connection with the death of Janett Reyna, who was the domestic violence services director for the Ponca Tribe of Oklahoma.

Reyna, 29, was killed at her home on August 8. A first-degree murder warrant is out for her boyfriend, Luis Octavio-Frias, who fled Oklahoma and may be in the Wichita, Kansas, area.

Atocha Maria Beltran, who is Octavio-Frias' mother, has now been charged as an accessory. The allegedly washed a knife that was used to kill Reyna and initially claimed she was the perpetrator.

Neshia Niemeyer, a co-worker and friend of Octavio-Frias, faces an accessory charge as well. She allegedly drove Octavio-Frias to his aunt's house, gave him a cell phone before he fled and lied about his whereabouts.

Reyna and Octavio-Frias had three children. They were reportedly at home when Reyna was killed.
