Excluded members of the Snoqualmie Tribe of Washington are hoping to resolve some long-standing enrollment issues.

Enrollment is open to anyone with 1/8 Snoqualmie blood. But the tribe has never finalized a base roll since gaining federal recognition, according to one man who has been excluded.

"Hopefully we can bring unity to our people," Milan Gabel, Jr. told The Snoqualmie Valley Record.

The tribe has conducted a membership audit but the results have been disputed.
