Navajo Nation gets ready for 66th annual fair, September 2-9

The Navajo Nation is gearing up for the 66th annual Navajo Nation Fair.

The event takes place September 2-9 in Window Rock, Arizona, the capital of the Navajo Nation. This year's theme is "Appreciating Tradition" -- the grand marshal of the parade on September 8 will be Chester Nez, the last of the 29 original Navajo Code Talkers.

The fair also features a rodeo and a traditional song and dance competition.
