Navajo woman indicted for murder on Utah part of reservation

A 28-year-old woman was indicted for a murder on the Utah portion of the Navajo Nation.
Michelle Davida Harvey, 28, allegedly shot and killed Carlos Peney Mose, 35, in January.
Harvey was indicted on charges of second-degree murder and discharging a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
