Navajo Nation celebrates Fourth of July with concerts and rodeo





The Navajo Nation is getting ready to celebrate the Fourth of July.

The tribe is hosting musical acts, comedians, a dance and a rodeo from Tuesday through Saturday. The events take place in Window Rock, Arizona, the capital of the Navajo Nation.

,“The Navajo Nation will feature a pageantry of cultural pride, professional athleticism, and music legends," Navajo Nation Fair Manager Norma Bowman said in a press release.

The tribe didn't have a Fourth of July fair last year.
